PKSlot Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account at PKSlot, by depositing funds, by placing any bet, or simply by accessing any part of the PKSlot platform at pkslot.biz, you are agreeing — without reservation — to every term and condition set out in this document. This is not a formality. These terms define your legal relationship with PKSlot and the rules under which all transactions and gameplay take place.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account and must not use the PKSlot platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes fresh acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, organisations, bots and automated systems may not hold player accounts.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party when placing bets or managing your account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, immediate family member of an employee, or director of PKSlot or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not be a previously self-excluded player whose self-exclusion period remains active.
• You must not have had a previous PKSlot account closed for a terms violation.

PKSlot reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where a player cannot satisfactorily confirm they meet the minimum age requirement, PKSlot will suspend the account and conduct a review before any further access or withdrawals are permitted.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold exactly one account at PKSlot. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or because a previous account was forgotten — are a violation of these terms. PKSlot's systems actively monitor for duplicate accounts using device fingerprinting, IP address matching, payment method matching, and identity document cross-checking.

Accurate Information

All information you provide when registering must be accurate and complete. Your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details must match your actual identity. If PKSlot discovers that registration information is false, the account will be suspended immediately and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PKSlot login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. PKSlot will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity carried out from your account — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party who accessed your account — is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.

4 Deposits and Payments

PKSlot accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the platform at any given time. Current accepted methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 per transaction.
• All payment methods used must belong to the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically credited to your PKSlot wallet within seconds for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
• PKSlot does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited at PKSlot are held in designated player fund accounts, separate from operational funds.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for betting within 90 days may be subject to account review.

5 Withdrawals

PKSlot processes all withdrawal requests in PKR to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. This same-source rule is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure applied across the gaming industry.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 5,00,000. Players requiring larger withdrawals should contact support to arrange processing.
• Standard accounts: withdrawals processed the same business day for requests submitted before 10pm PKT.
• VIP Gold members: priority processing within four hours.
• VIP Platinum and Diamond members: expedited processing within one to two hours or instant to registered mobile wallet.

• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are only available after the relevant wagering requirement has been fully met.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

PKSlot runs bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards for registered players. Every active promotion comes with specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods. These promotion-specific terms supplement but do not replace these general Terms and Conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• The default wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 20x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.
• Wagering contributions vary by game category. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10–20%; sports bets must meet minimum odds requirements.
• Bonuses expire within 14 days of being credited unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time. Claiming a new bonus before meeting the wagering requirement on the existing bonus forfeits the previous bonus.
• PKSlot reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence it was claimed in bad faith, via duplicate accounts, or through circumvention of the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonus funds must be used before real money funds. PKSlot credits bets first against bonus balance where applicable.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed at PKSlot are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be changed, cancelled or reversed after confirmation except in specific circumstances described below. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.

• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed within each game or betting market before you place.
• PKSlot reserves the right to limit the maximum bet size on any market, game, or player account at its discretion.
• Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds, prices or lines (palpable errors) are void and stakes returned. This applies to all PKSlot sports markets and game pay tables.
• For sports betting, PKSlot follows standard industry settlement rules for each sport. Specific sport rules are available within the sports betting section.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time if the sports event enters a critical period. Bets accepted before suspension stand; bets placed after suspension was initiated are void.
• Parlays and accumulator bets that include a void leg will have that leg treated as a non-runner — the bet is recalculated with the remaining legs.

8 Fair Gaming

PKSlot is committed to providing a genuinely fair gaming environment. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, influenced or manipulated by any party — including PKSlot itself.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at PKSlot and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the PKSlot platform under any identity.
• Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with PKSlot games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the PKSlot platform, its games, or its security systems.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, Teen Patti, or any other multi-player game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain. Players who discover a bug must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Depositing or withdrawing through payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to manage your PKSlot account.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other IP-masking service to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, betting patterns designed specifically to clear bonus requirements without genuine play, and coordinated bonus abuse with other players.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

PKSlot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. In cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, terms violations, or security concerns, PKSlot may act without prior notice.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their PKSlot account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting support. Any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be refunded to the registered payment method within five business days of account closure confirmation.

PKSlot-Initiated Closure

Where PKSlot closes an account due to a terms violation, any balance associated with bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real money deposits not involved in the violation will be returned after investigation, which may take up to 30 business days to complete.

11 Responsible Gaming

PKSlot is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help every player maintain control over how they engage with the platform. These tools are available to all registered players at any time through account settings and do not require contacting support to activate.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, betting is automatically paused for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break of 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or one month. During a cool-off, your account remains open but betting and depositing are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the PKSlot platform. Self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Privacy and Data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with the PKSlot Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these terms you also accept the Privacy Policy.

• PKSlot's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents is capped at the real money balance in the player's PKSlot account at the time of the incident.
• PKSlot is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or speculative losses including lost profits arising from betting decisions.

14 Amendments to These Terms

PKSlot reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made — changes that affect player rights, bonus policy, or payment terms — PKSlot will provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.

Continued use of the PKSlot platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.
